纯银饰品根据佩戴习惯可能发生氧化。包装内配有密封袋,请在不佩戴时放入密封袋,避免接触化学品,定期用擦银布擦拭可保持光泽。请慎用擦银乳和洗银水,它们可能腐蚀饰品。

银饰较软,易划伤或变形(如耳针弯曲),请避免与硬物碰撞或用力过度;

饰品脆弱需爱护,佩戴请勿用力,人为损坏需自费维修。

 

维修与质保

免费换新:签收7天内出现非人为质量问题(如掉色、断裂),可免费换新并承担运费;

免费维修:签收30天内出现非人为质量问题,提供免费维修(人为损坏需自费运费);

付费维修:超过30天或人为损坏的饰品,将收取一定维修费用。

 

关于售后的说明

售后申请仅支持「签收后7天内」,请及时联系客服。超时无法售后。(如有质量问题,我们一定负责到底!)

毕竟谁都不想买到被别人使用过的商品,尤其是纯银饰品这类贴身或穿耳洞的物品。

退货请务必原包装退回。每个包装定制而成,缺失需扣费。

手作产品一律不支持退换。商品详情页已提供详细尺寸信息供参考,拍下即视为认同售后条件。

 

 

After-Sales Policy

 

If you require after-sales service, please submit your request within 7 days after delivery; otherwise, the item will be considered used.

For hygiene reasons, close-contact items such as stud earrings are not eligible for after-sales service.

 

Returned items must include all original packaging, including the gift box, jewelry pouch, authenticity tag, and all accessories. If any packaging or accessories are missing and this affects resale condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

 

 

Care Instructions

 

Sterling silver jewelry may naturally oxidize over time depending on wearing habits. A sealed storage bag is included in the packaging. When not wearing the jewelry, please store it in the sealed bag, avoid contact with chemicals, and regularly polish with a silver polishing cloth to maintain its shine.

 

Please use silver cleaning cream or silver cleaning liquid with caution, as they may corrode the jewelry.

 

Silver jewelry is relatively soft and may scratch or deform easily (such as bent earring posts). Please avoid impact with hard objects or excessive force.

 

Jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. Please do not pull or bend pieces forcefully during wear. Damage caused by improper handling will require paid repair service.

 

 

Repairs & Warranty

 

Free Replacement

If a non-human quality issue occurs within 7 days after delivery (such as discoloration or breakage), we offer a free replacement and will cover the shipping costs.

 

Free Repair

If a non-human quality issue occurs within 30 days after delivery, we provide free repair service (shipping costs for human-caused damage are the customer’s responsibility).

 

Paid Repair

For items damaged by improper use or requests made after 30 days, a repair fee will apply.

 

 

Important After-Sales Notes

 

After-sales requests are only accepted within 7 days after delivery, so please contact customer service promptly. Requests submitted after this period cannot be processed.

No one wants to receive an item that has already been used by someone else, especially for sterling silver jewelry and items worn close to the skin or through pierced ears.

 

All returned items must be sent back with their original packaging. Each package is custom-made, and missing packaging may result in additional charges.

 

All handmade products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Detailed size information is provided on each product page for reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all after-sales terms and conditions.
